Technical Training
Technical training has seen a huge paradigm shift over the last six to seven years. In the late 1990's certification training was the
dominant area. Participants would attend multiple instructor led classes and write numerous exams in order to attain a particular
certification (i.e. Novell CNE or Microsoft MCSE, etc.). This was seen as costly and time consuming by employers.Today, most employers seek courses that offer "knowledge transfer" of day-to-day tasks versus a certification-training path. Customized courses, which focus on common tasks, are deemed more appropriate and cost effective in today's business environment.
To meet this challenge we offer four solutions. Through our network of seasoned professional trainers we can offer the following training options:
a) one-on-one customized training at your location
b) instructor led classes for small groups at your location
c) official certification courses either at your location or at authorized training centres
Or using a broadband connection, we can offer:
d) remote customized training/support by using software to control your PC remotely. You see everything we do on your PC, while we discuss the session over the phone.
