Long before “remote support” became a hot topic in the IT industry, users of Novell’s NetWare 6.0 and NetWare 6.5 products were enjoying the benefits of remote support via Novell’s iManager and Remote Manager tool sets.  Remote support benefits you by: reducing the amount of time it takes to resolve technical issues; helps to lower your support costs; and finally helps the environment by reducing our “carbon footprint”.
